In the first step of the recycling process, the recyclables materials are collected, after collection, the recyclables are then sent to a materials-recovery facility to be sorted and prepared into marketable commodities to be sold to processing companies.

We guarantee that all goods collected are processed and recycled in accordance with The National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) (NEMA) and The Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) (OHSA) and that Uniquely Recycled is accredited by EWASA and affiliated with a licensed hazardous waste processor, with an ISO 9001 accreditation.
